About the role

Based in Wiri, Auckland and reporting to the Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in a high performing team to help keep our operation running smoothly. You’ll oversee day to day operations across service and parts, driving performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Leading a team of 15-30, you will be hands on, people focused, and commercially sharp.

What you will be doing

• Leading and mentoring the branch team
• Managing workshop operations and customer relationships
• Driving results, efficiency, and team culture
• Working closely with regional leadership and support teams
