Parts Manager

The Role

We are opening a new TRP Parts branch in Dunedin to total ten branches nation‑wide! As our Parts Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operation setting the foundations of the team overseeing set up and keeping PACCAR product moving in the region. You will :

• Lead and inspire a dedicated parts team, fostering a positive and high‑performing culture
• Take charge of our parts operation , overseeing stock control and ensuring the right parts are always on hand
• Support our customers by ensuring fast, reliable parts supply to keep our customers’ trucks moving, 24 / 7.
• Drive performance and results by managing budgets, monitoring inventory, and maintaining top‑quality standards

About You

We’re looking for someone with solid parts experience in the heavy transport / automotive, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a passion for customer service. You’ll be confident, proactive and adaptable able to juggle competing priorities while keeping your team motivated and your department running smoothly.
