Licensed Cadastral Surveyor

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to assist with our ever-growing workload and team in Tauranga. A minimum of 5years’ experience in the land development industry is desirable.

This role will see you be involved in a diverse range of tasks across a wide variety of projects, from project start up right through to completion. You will be responsible for managing, tracking, and reporting the progress of your own projects. As a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor, you would be involved in mentoring and training staff, client management, business development and assisting the leadership team with general office management.

The right candidate will be self-motivated, have good communication skills and be able to self-manage.

Requirements :

• Relevant tertiary education (BSurv).
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in the New Zealand Surveying Industry.
• Experience with Landonline is essential.
• Being member of Survey and Spatial NZ (S+SNZ) is desirable.
• Experience with 12D, Civil3D and Autocad is desirable.
