• The role :
• As one in our team of Service Advisors, you are the vital connection between our customers and workshop teams, making sure service and repair jobs run smoothly from start to finish. Using your strong technical know-how in heavy equipment and service processes will help you schedule work accurately, prepare quotes, manage invoicing, and keep everything on track for timely completion. You’ll also turn complex mechanical details into clear, helpful information for customers and ensure every job meets Terra Cat’s high standards for quality and safety. You will be using multiple systems and apps so your technology skills will need to be top notch. Terra has embarked on a new way of working. This role forms part of a regional team of 8 service advisors supporting our customers and teams across Waikato, Auckland, and Northland. Every day will present new challenges and learning opportunities ensuring no two days are the same. Ideally the hours for this role are 8.30am – 5pm daily, but there may be flexibility for the right person.

• We are seeking someone who :
• Puts the customer at the forefront of all interactions and decisions
• Ideally has a heavy equipment mechanical background or strong mechanical aptitude
• Has experience in a similar role in our, or a related, industry
• Possesses a high level of computer literacy and experience in the quotation and invoicing processes
• Is super organised, driving and following processes
