About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Casual Sous Chef at Bob Scott Retirement Village in Petone.

In this role you will :

Collaborate with the kitchen team to create an exceptional dining experience that's 'good enough for mum'.

Prepare delicious meals from our seasonal menus, rich in variety, flavour and nutrition.

Cater to different residents' dietary needs.

Assist with specialty food for fine diningexperiences and functions.

Operate with health and safety as a key consideration at all times.

About You

To thrive in our environment you will have :

New Zealand Certificate in Cookery (level 3)

Proven experience as a Chef, leading a team and running a kitchen

A reliable, friendly and professional manner
