Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them in finding the right products to suit their needs.
• Provide expert product knowledge to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Deliver outstanding service and create a positive, memorable customer experience.
• Manage customer orders, deliveries, quotes, and product specifications efficiently.
• Stay up to date with the latest tech products through ongoing training and self-learning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify new sales opportunities, and follow up on leads.
• Experience in selling smartphones and plans preferred.
