Marketing Intelligence & Innovation Director

This pivotal role drives brand and business growth by combining strategic insight, innovation, and execution. As a key partner to Brand Leaders, you’ll turn consumer understanding and commercial analysis into actionable, insight-led strategies ensuring our brands stay competitive, differentiated, and customer-centric.

About the role.

In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with senior leaders to identify growth opportunities, oversee a robust innovation pipeline, and guide revenue optimisation strategies across multiple brands. Your day could include :

• Drive the development of Customer Insights, Revenue Management and Food Innovation functions, ensuring alignment with company vision and brands objectives
• Develop and implement the Customer Insights strategy for all brands and divisions
• Translate company and brands strategic needs into clear and actionable roadmaps
• Oversee the innovation pipeline, from opportunity identification to concept development, validation, and go-to-market strategy
• Leverage data and analytics to optimise revenue growth, profitability, and customer value
• Ensure pricing and promotional tactics align with brand positioning and consumer perceptions

About you.

You hold a degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field, with 10–12 years of experience in revenue management, consumer insights, or innovation—ideally within QSR, retail, or FMCG. You bring deep expertise in consumer research (both qualitative and quantitative), innovation pipelines, and go-to-market strategy. Your strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and ability to translate insights into action have delivered measurable business impact. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and navigating complex, fast-paced environments, you’re a collaborative leader with high emotional intelligence, strong stakeholder management, and a results-driven approach.
