ABOUT THE ROLE
The Events & Engagement Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering events and experiences that strengthen relationships and support business growth. This role manages logistics, calendars, and reporting to ensure activities are aligned with Brosnan's business goals and brand standards.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organise and manage stakeholder / client events, planning sessions, board meetings, and internal workshops.
- Source and manage venues, catering, AV requirements, and other suppliers.
- Coordinate company participation in external events such as conferences, conventions, and speaking engagements.
- Oversee on-site event setup and provide troubleshooting support.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, information packs, and checklists.
- Create and distribute event invitations, agendas, and post-event communications.
- Prepare post-event reports and recommendations.
- Manage relevant diary scheduling for the Executive Leadership Team.
- Maintain calendar of events and proactively identify opportunities for brand visibility and thought leadership.
Requirements
