A well‑established and scaling product company is investing heavily in their technology and architecture functions. With a new VP of Architecture recently onboard, they’re laying the foundations for a fit‑for‑purpose architecture practice – and are hiring a Solution Architect to help shape it.

Your Role

Reporting to the VP of Architecture, and a Lead Solution Architect you'll help define and implement architecture strategy across platforms and products. You’ll work closely with squads to guide design decisions, embed scalable solutions, and help shift the business from a legacy approach to a more structured squad‑and‑tribe model. This is a high‑level, strategic role, and a chance to get in early as the architecture function takes shape.

Your Fit

You’re an experienced Solution Architect with a strong strategic lens. You’re confident in shaping architecture direction, embedding best practice, and working across multiple teams in a fast‑changing environment. You’ll be Auckland‑based and thrive in collaborative, people‑first cultures. We’re looking for tech‑agnostic candidates who are open to working within any technology thrown their way.
