Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Care Centre Administrator to join our team at our BoulcottVillage.

This is a Full time position providing care centre admin support, reporting directly to the Care Centre Manager.

The purpose of the role is to actively support the Care Centre Manager with administration and coordination tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Care Centre and to allow the Care Centre Manager to focus on critical care task.

Qualifications

• A master of rosters, with care experience rostering would be a bonus
• A customer service superstar with a strong administration background.
• Proven abilities in providing administrative support to a management team.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and time management.
• Someone who is able to work independently and take initiative
• A strong communicator with people from all walks of life
