About the Role

As the Motor Parts Sales Manager, you will lead and grow the Motor Parts function within the Lubes, Tires & Motor Parts Division. Your focus will be to expand the product range, strengthen supplier networks, and support customers across Samoa’s automotive, transport, and logistics sectors. A major priority will be managing and sourcing truck parts for Chinese, European, and Japanese vehicle brands — a crucial component of Samoa’s commercial and freight industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market surveys to understand demand, pricing, and competitive activity.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with international parts suppliers.
• Support the development and management of the division’s annual budget.
• Oversee ordering and stock coordination alongside the Divisional Manager.
• Carry out regular customer visits and actively promote the product range.
• Contribute to marketing activities for motor parts and associated product lines.
• Assist with pricing strategies and profit margin planning.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and analyze market trends.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide technical product advice.
• Train sales staff in product knowledge, parts identification, and sales targets.
