- Focused on new business acquisition (70%), sales process (20%) and support stick (10%)
- Build and maintain multi‑level relationships with brokers and agencies
- Present Envoyage products and services to maximise travel spend and profitability
- Leverage networks, marketing, and industry connections to generate leads
- Use Salesforce to manage opportunities and maintain data integrity
