About Us

Bare Construction is a family‑owned design + build company based in Auckland’s Eastern Bays. We specialise in high‑end architectural homes, reclads, multi‑unit developments, and coastal projects. With a strong pipeline of work in both Auckland and Whangamatā, we’re looking to expand our carpentry team across all levels — LBPs, qualified carpenters, and apprentices.

The Roles

We’re after motivated, reliable carpenters to join our crews. Depending on your level of experience, you’ll be involved in :

• LBP Carpenters – Leading builds, signing off restricted work, mentoring juniors, and ensuring quality and compliance to NZ Building Code.
• Qualified Carpenters – Hands‑on delivery of framing, cladding, fit‑off, and finishing work, while supporting site supervisors and project managers.
• Apprentices – Learning all aspects of the trade, gaining practical skills, and working alongside experienced builders to progress your career.
