Job description
A premium tourism company in Te Anau is seeking an experienced Customer Service consultant for its Milford Sound cruise team. Candidates should have a passion for tourism, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities include ensuring guests receive outstanding service and enjoying a roster of 10 days on followed by 4 days off. This role offers full training and subsidised accommodation. Commitment to at least April 2025 is preferred.
