About the job

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in Whitianga .

The role involves :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of water, wastewater, and stormwater networks, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
• Lead and support field teams through mentoring, training, and promoting a strong safety and continuous improvement culture.
• Coordinate maintenance, compliance, and reporting activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory and contract requirements.
• Build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the community through proactive communication and responsive service.

What you’ll need

All preferred candidates will be required to complete preemployment checks to the employer’s satisfaction. These checks include but are not limited to, Ministry of Justice criminal conviction report, medical assessment, and drug and alcohol testing.
