We’re looking for a hands‑on and energetic Café Manager to lead one of our busy cafés — someone who lives and breathes hospitality, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and loves creating spaces where both customers and teams feel at home.

What you’ll do :
Lead, train, and inspire your front‑of‑house team to deliver top‑notch service and consistency, every time.
Drive daily café operations — from rostering, ordering, and stock control to cost management and compliance.
Manage KPIs around sales, wages, and cost of goods while maximising efficiency and profitability.
Champion a strong team culture built on communication, respect, and accountability.
What you’ll bring :
Proven experience in café or hospitality management.
A people‑first leadership style — you motivate, coach and support your team to shine.
Strong operational and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
A love for great coffee, great food, and the buzz of a busy café floor.
