Product Development Technologist

Our Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Product Development Technologist to join our Research and development Baking & Ingredients team in Auckland.

Responsibilities

• Help create lab concepts and feed into wider team's projects
• Conduct robust bench, pilot plant trials, and ensure quality standards are achieved
• Make bench top samples for your own and wider teams projects
• Assist in keeping our recipe development system and lab in great functioning order
• Support Senior Development Technologists on product improvement, new product development and cost saving projects to specified outcomes
• Initiate and prepare sensory testing
• Travel to sites to assist in trials
• Help with new ingredient approvals for sites and our ingredients business
• Support and run research and development initiatives
