About the job :

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in Whitianga!

The role involves :

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of water, wastewater, and stormwater networks, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
• Leading and supporting field teams through mentoring, training, and promoting a strong safety and continuous improvement culture.
• Coordinating maintenance, compliance, and reporting activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory and contract requirements.
• Building positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the community through proactive communication and responsive service.

What you’ll need :

All preferred candidates will be required to complete preemployment checks to the employer’s satisfaction. These checks include but are not limited to, Ministry of Justice criminal conviction report, medical assessment, and drug and alcohol testing.
