We’re looking for a dynamic, hands‑on fixed term full time Workshop Team Leader to guide our workshop crew and ensure our rental fleet is road‑ready, safe, and sparkling. What You’ll Do :

• Lead and support a team of 5–15 workshop crew members (seasonally variable).
• Ensure vehicles meet high standards of safety, compliance, and presentation.
• Coordinate daily workloads and keep the team focused and motivated.
• Be a visible role model—leading by example in communication, behaviour, and teamwork.
• Ensure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team.
• Monitor the progress of processing standards through the pre‑hire department by performing spot checks and following up directly with the pre‑hire staff.
• Ensure Workshop Department follow branch processes.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Monitor quality, upscale issues, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
• Champion health and safety practices and compliance.
