Our current curriculum lead has moved away, and we’re looking for a forward-thinking, innovative kaiako with strong leadership and communication skills — someone who can build caring, responsive, and reciprocal relationships with children, whānau, and colleagues.
About the role
As our curriculum lead, you will guide and inspire our teaching team, overseeing all aspects of curriculum, pedagogy, and educational practice. You’ll work closely with the business manager to ensure that every child experiences a high-quality, engaging curriculum grounded in Te Whāriki.
This role offers a balance between teaching and leadership :
You’ll also collaborate with the business manager to achieve the centre’s key objectives and uphold our shared philosophy.
