Sous Chef Position
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our enthusiastic team committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our guests.
What Skills Do I Need?
Our Sous Chef must have a broad range of skills and knowledge in kitchen operations, modern cooking trends and be able to work both supervised and unsupervised, and have experience of working as part of a collaborative team. At least 2 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen and a qualification in commercial cookery are required. You must be a positive, motivated and well‑organised individual who is capable of running a busy food operation managing A‑La‑Carte dining plus catering for functions. Exceptional hygiene standards and good knowledge of working to a NZ Food Control Plan is required.
Remuneration
Competitive salary and benefits. Salary range $32‑36 per hour. Minimum 40 hours per week.
