We develop and operate communities that provide independent living and aged care services to older New Zealanders – with a resident-led approach. Each day, our interactions with our team and residents are guided by three values : Being There | In it Together | Look for a Way.
We have a network of 34 communities throughout the country — each with unique environments that support our residents to live life their way.
Job Description
Mō te tūranga | About the opportunity
Bethlehem Shores is a well-established, and premium, community in the heart of Tauranga known for its luxurious independent living options — and we have been busy developing an adjoining, purpose‑built care centre with Living Well Apartments and Care Suites. Now, we need to build a passionate and committed team to support the care centre, and its new residents, who will start moving in from March 2026.
As Clinical Manager you will be a pivotal member of our senior leadership team, as we work together to establish and foster a care delivery culture that supports the Arvida values and purpose. You will be responsible for leading clinical excellence, managing clinical risk, planning and executing effective continuous improvement initiatives, as well as operational oversight of the clinical team including rosters, recruitment, and budgeting.
If you are passionate about measurable and meaningful quality of care that meets contractual and legislative requirements and reflects current best practices, this is the opportunity for you. You will grow and lead a passionate team committed to supporting our aged care residents to live life their way.
Our Attitude of Living Well approach is an important philosophy at Arvida, and you will work alongside other team members across the community organisation to practice and promote this approach, building an authentic resident‑led culture and experience.
This is a full time role working 40 hours across Monday to Friday (with some on-call requirements during evening and weekends) and an anticipated start date of early January 2026.
