Job Description : As a Caregiver at our Summerset on the Landing village you will work as part of our compassionate team in the Memory Care Centre, where we deliver high-quality, resident-directed care for people living with dementia.

Our secure, specialist environment supports safety while promoting a fulfilling and enjoyable lifestyle, with each resident's quality of life at the heart of everything we do.

Our care is resident-directed—meaning we tailor care and support to each individual's preferences, values, and needs The shift pattern and hours for this role entails working AM shifts on a 4 on 2 off roster.

Qualifications : You will naturally be empathetic, kind and patient, and thrive in a role where your compassion and care make a difference to people's lives.
