Sales Support - Inside Sales

We have an exciting newly created Sales Support- Sales & Retention role at our National Support Office in Parnell, Auckland within ourMarketing team to support sales and marketing functions. A Sales and Retention Administrator plays a crucial role in managing and optimising new lead-generation and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system within an organisation.

If you have a can-do attitude, great communication skills, and a background in sales & marketing then this is the role for you! This is a Permanent Part-Time position for 20 hours per week .

• Support the sales and marketing teams with lead generation and qualification.
• Set up, configure, and maintain the CRM system, optimising processes and ensuring data integrity.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and provide user support within the CRM.
• Utilise market mapping data and the CRM to schedule and develop potential sales opportunities.
• Integrate the CRM with other organisational systems and collaborate with departments to meet specific business requirements.
• Responds positively and flexibly to client and consumer needs
• Team player and able to work autonomously with a flexible approach and positive attitude
• Takes personal responsibility for solving problems
• Demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, openness and honesty in interactions with others
• Computer literate - ability to use CRM and IT systems to maintain efficient operations
• Tertiary Qualifications would be preferred
