Based in Taupō, you will provide the best possible support to our clients. You’ll be responsible for :

• Giving our clients a warm and personalised service
• Providing lending support from the start of the application process through to loan generation, often all within the same day
• Analysing financial information and completing loan documentation
• Supporting our existing customers throughout their loan journey
• Accurately maintaining databases and records using efficient systems
