About the role

Our client, a leading civil contractor, is seeking experienced concrete workers for a major renewals project at Auckland Airport. You’ll be placing and finishing concrete for large-scale structures, working alongside skilled crews in a fast-paced environment. This is a long-term role with consistent work and competitive rates.

Benefits

Weekly pay with 8% holiday pay
Competitive rates ($24–$32 / hr)
Long-term project (3 years)
Strong safety culture and crew support

Duties

Place and finish concrete to specification

Operate hand tools and power tools safely

Assist with formwork and site prep as needed

Maintain quality and safety standards

Perform general site duties and ad-hoc tasks as required to support smooth operations

Skills & Experience required

Proven experience in concrete placement and finishing

Knowledge of civil construction processes

Physically fit and safety-conscious

Reliable transport and good communication

Must pass drug & alcohol screening and MOJ check
