What You'll Do

As an Operator, you'll help keep our plant running safely, smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our Lead Operator and Operations Manager to ensure production hits quality, safety and performance standards.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings the right mix of skill, attitude and work ethic. You'll thrive here if you're practical, reliable and enjoy working in a high‑performing team.

You'll Bring

Any formal qualifications in Process Operations or Mechanical Engineering, or certificates such as confined space or hot‑work training, are an advantage but not essential.

What Success Looks Like

You'll keep the plant running safely, efficiently and compliantly through sharp PLC operation, clear communication and a strong ownership mindset. You'll help minimise downtime, improve processes, and contribute to a positive, safety‑first culture that delivers on Glide's mission.
