As a Floor Lead in our Retail Store, you will be the go‑to person, stepping up to inspire and guide our Customer Champions and ensuring every customer is satisfied with their One NZ experience. You will drive sales, help recruit new team members, nurture the growth and development of the team, and keep the store running smoothly while contributing to our purpose of creating a better‑connected Aotearoa.

This is a full‑time role (40 hours per week) at our Invercargill retail store with Monday to Sunday availability required for rostered shifts.
