More importantly, you know how to translate that knowledge into action. You analyse information quickly, solve problems with confidence, and take ownership to ensure positive outcomes. What the Role Involves

As Operations Manager, you'll lead the delivery of Daikin's end-to-end warehouse and supply chain functions, working across a complex, fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, guiding your team through daily challenges, and ensuring our service promise to customers is consistently met.

Your focus will include :

• Leading and developing a high‑performing operations team.
• Overseeing warehouse, logistics, and inventory performance across integrated systems.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement using data, insights, and strong analytical judgement.
• Supporting the execution of key projects and change initiatives across the NZ network.

What You'll Bring

Domestic and occasional global travel may be required as part of your leadership responsibilities.
