About the Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales and operations teams to keep everything running smoothly. Your main responsibilities include :

• Providing administrative support to the sales team
• Preparing quotes, sales documents, and customer correspondence
• Coordinating orders and liaising with suppliers and customers
• Maintaining accurate records in Xero and Microsoft Office
• Assisting with general office administration
