Village Coordinator

We are currently seeking a full-time Village Coordinator to join our dynamic team at The Bellevuein Christchurch. As the go-to person for our residents you will play a vital role in supporting the Village Manager and coordinating various events. This position offers a diverse and exciting work environment, where no two days are the same. Your kind, caring, and helpful nature will bring smiles to our residents' faces on a daily basis.

What you’ll be doing :

• Act as the primary point of contact for residents providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing their needs.
• Collaborate with the Village Manager to coordinate tasks effectively and ensure their successful execution.
• Engage with residents daily, offering assistance and ensuring their well‑being.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of village products, services, policies, and emergency procedures, effectively communicating this information to residents and stakeholders.
• Lead the development and delivery of a personalized activities and lifestyle program, fostering resident engagement and enjoyment.
• Promote resident participation in the use of technology, such as the resident app and virtual events, through support and workshops.
• Foster a sense of community by organizing group excursions, facilitating focus groups for resident input, and building positive relationships with residents, external providers, and community groups.
