Senior Fire Protection Engineer

☑ Salary : $5000 - $6500 (Depend on Experience) +Bonus

☑ Strong knowledge of fire codes (SCDF, BCA, NFPA, FM Global) and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit / BIM, and hydraulic tools.

☑ Proven track record in large-scale projects (LTA, BCA, industrial, or commercial).

☑ 5–8 years’ experience in fire protection engineering within ACMV / M&E or construction industry in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and integration of fire protection systems (sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, risers, gas suppression, smoke control, etc.) with ACMV / M&E systems.
• Prepare calculations, hydraulic analysis, schematics, and technical drawings in compliance with SCDF, BCA, and international codes (NFPA, FM Global).
• Manage fire safety submissions, liaise with QPs, RIs, and SCDF officers for approvals.
• Oversee projects from design to commissioning, reviewing shop drawings, resolving site issues, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Lead inspection, testing, and commissioning of fire protection systems integrated with ACMV systems (e.g., pressurisation fans, smoke extraction).
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical, compliance, and project matters.
