Job descriptionLead analysis across integration and API‑focused initiatives Gather and document requirements, define business processes, and align stakeholders Facilitate workshops with devs, testers, product owners and business SMEs Drive solution delivery within Agile squads Support continuous improvement of digital capability and ways of working 5+ years as a Business Analyst working across software and integration projects Confident in API concepts, system connectivity, and cross‑platform integration Agile delivery experience Excellent workshop facilitation, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills Insurance or financial services experience a bonus or fast learning curves welcomed!

We’re partnering with a leading business in the financial services sector and they need a Senior Business Analyst to join their cross‑functional teams on API and integration‑focused projects.
You'll play a key role in enabling connected customer experiences across platforms, helping deliver scalable and efficient B2B solutions through smart API design, seamless systems integration, and agile delivery.
If you’re a proactive BA with strong stakeholder skills and a curious mind for how things connect behind the scenes then this role is for you.
