As a Marketing Manager within our Customer and Content Marketing team, you'll plan and deliver impactful below-the-line campaigns that strengthen Westpac's brand presence, bring our propositions to life, and drive meaningful engagement with our B2B customers.
Your work will support business growth and elevate the customer experience.
You'll transform strategy into actionable plans, develop insight-driven briefs, and deliver campaigns that achieve exceptional customer outcomes and measurable commercial results.
This role requires an organised, solutions-focused professional who thrives on high performance and takes ownership of every project.
What will you bring?
5+ years' experience in marketing within a large, complex organisation.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign delivery – turning insight to action.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project and stakeholder management.
Ability to craft clear, engaging content that simplifies complex ideas for a targeted audience.
Experience utilising data to gain insights, inform targeting, and optimise performance.
Ability to develop communications tailored to customer segments, lifecycle stages and behaviour triggers to drive engagement, retention and growth.
Comfortable working with complex products and processes.
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
Proven experience in below the line and / or B2B marketing.
