Commercial Finance Analyst

We’re looking for a commerciallyfocusedanalyst to support our fast-paced, specialty coffee business. Based in Auckland and working closely with our Commercial Manager, this role will sit at the intersection of Finance, Sales and Marketing - helping us make sharper, faster, and more strategic decisions across the board.

You’ll work on everything from innovation and pricing through to cost optimisation, performance reporting, and S&OP planning. Your Focus

• Support the business withcommercial modelling, pricing, margin, and customer profitability analysis.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Franchise to evaluate new business, tenders, and innovation opportunities.
• Lead key elements of the demand planning cycle - helping us balance customer demand with production reality.
• Own monthly performance reporting forsales and marketing.
• Support the delivery of our annual budget and rolling forecast cycles.
• Contribute to a high-performance team that values initiative, rigour, and collaboration - and drinks a lot of great coffee while doing it.

About you :

You’re naturally curious and you love digging into the numbers, but even more than that- you thrive in what the numbers unlock. You know how to tell a clear story with data, bring people on the journey, and challenge assumptions constructively.

You are a highly motivated individual who thrives on tackling challenges, learning continuously, and collaborating across teams.Ideally, you have experience in the FMCG sectoror a solid financial grounding and are looking to take the next step in a commercial environmentand a genuine appreciation for coffee culture. Your strong commercial acumen, sharp problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work independently set you apart. Experience with Power BI and other visualisation tools is highly advantageous. When it comes to essentials, you’ll have an Accounting or Finance degree with a few years of experience under your belt.
