We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Experience team at Southern Cross Health Insurance.

In this role you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Southern Cross by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent aligned with our strategic goals and values. Through proactive sourcing, engaging candidate experiences, and partnerships with hiring leaders, our specialists ensure we build a diverse, high‑performing workforce that drives innovation, growth, and long‑term success.

What you’ll do :

• Design and implement effective sourcing strategies that attract the right skillsets, capabilities and mindsets, while proactively building talent pools and pipelines for hard‑to‑source roles to ensure future readiness.
• Partner with hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process, providing expert coaching and guidance to deliver a consistently seamless candidate experience for both internal and external recruitment processes, from first contact through to onboarding and beyond.
• Position Southern Cross as an Employer of Choice, enabling us to acquire and retain talent aligned with our strategic direction, values, and future capability needs.
• Drive operational excellence by continuously improving processes, enhancing our employee value proposition, exploring AI‑driven tools, while ensuring compliance with our obligations.
• Leverage Workday and other digital platforms to enable automation, self‑service, and reduce transactional workload, freeing up capacity for strategic talent initiatives.
