Our current manager is changing roles which gives a rare opportunity for a Boutique Store Manager to join the KILT team in our beautiful Taupo boutique. As the Boutique Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, from driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to managing a team of passionate retail stylists.

As a KILTie Manager you :
Manage the day-to-day operations of the boutique store and develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve KPIs.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable shopping experience for all customers.
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment in line with our brand values.
Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-merchandised and represents the KILT brand aesthetic.
Analyse sales data and reports for regional management.
Can be involved with the creation of content for our social media platforms.
Ensure the store complies with all relevant health, safety and security regulations.
