As Program Manager – Aerospace and Information , you will play a pivotal role in driving Nova NZ’s growth in these critical sectors. From day one, you’ll deliver high-value consulting services to our clients, solving complex challenges that matter, while building and expanding our program capability. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to implement business strategy, lead program outcomes, and develop strong client relationships. At the same time, you’ll be at the forefront of business development, identifying opportunities and shaping solutions that deliver real value. If you have significant experience in aerospace, information systems, or both—and the ambition to lead growth in a dynamic environment—this role offers a unique platform to make your mark.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership at the Program Level :

• Work with your General Manager and Program leadership Peers to implement business strategy and ensure successful execution.

Program outcomes :

Customer relationships and business development :

Relevant industry experience at a senior level.

Stakeholder and client management experience with proven experience in building and sustaining strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to lead, manage, and mentor employees.

Demonstrated complex project management skills.

Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.

Degree qualified in a relevant field, and / or substantial relevant industry experience.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to problem solve complex business issues and develop a path to desirable solutions.
