Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth delivery of front counter and administrative services
Partner with Nurse Managers and other stakeholders to improve systems and processes
Ensure facilities are patient-friendly and safe
Manage and develop non-nursing staff, including performance appraisals, training, and development
Lead recruitment and retention efforts to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce
Monitor financial and service performance, achieving targets and developing business plans with clinical leaders
Drive customer satisfaction and implement service improvements
Participate in committees and other organizational initiatives
Potential job rotation to other operational areas after 3 years
Requirements
Min Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
Min 2 years of experience managing frontline staff
