We’re Hiring – Client & Project Solutions Lead (Construction Industry)

We’re looking for a skilled and relationship-focused professional to take the lead on business development, client engagement, and end-to-end project delivery.
This is a senior role that brings together market growth, tendering, and project execution — perfect for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands‑on delivery.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the key link between clients and our internal teams.
Your day‑to‑day work will include :
- Finding upcoming construction projects through platforms like BCI Central
- Building strong relationships with project managers, QSs, architects, and consultants
- Collecting drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Preparing handovers for estimating and scoping teams
- Leading internal review meetings to finalise scope and pricing
- Developing bid strategies and presenting proposals to clients
- Negotiating terms, following up on quotes, and securing orders
- Overseeing project progress from start to finish to ensure smooth delivery
