Our purpose : Life Unlimited.This role will provide clinical support and undertake training activities for products and services in the clinical environment, in line with sales and marketing strategies, to ensure business objectives are achieved.
Maintain and develop relationships with customers.What will you be doing?
Provide exceptional clinical support to customers on products whilst maintaining a high level of product knowledge.Support surgical procedures in the hospital environment on a range of products as required.Manage the clinical training and in-servicing schedule in alignment with the sales strategy.Enhance operating efficiencies, including managing surgeon preferences and integrating warehouse and customer service initiatives.Ensure the appropriate execution of the shared calendar.Support the maintenance and development of customer profiles and preferences.Foster good teamwork, communication, and execution across the sales team.What will you need to be successful?
Proven experience in the medical field or theatre setting, or tertiary qualifications in science or a related discipline.Experience in orthopaedic and / or endoscopy fields is essential.Extensive understanding of orthopaedic and / or endoscopy products, industry terminology, and clinical knowledge.Good understanding of the operating theatre environment and surgical procedures.Knowledge of the NZ healthcare system.Sales skills knowledge.Proficiency in MS Office.To apply, please include a cover letter addressed to the Talent Acquisition Lead ANZ.
