Customer Service Representative - BNT Kumeu

Exciting opportunity on offer at BNT Kumeu for our next Customer Service Representative to join our fun and welcoming team!

If you’ve got great customer service skills, a full NZ license and a passion for car parts, we’ve got the job for you! We’re on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our BNT Kumeu branch – someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone
• Helping customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions
• Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately
• Spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products
• Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base
• Occasional deliveries of parts to our customers or other branches

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings.
