The Role

In this hands‑on role you will inspire and lead a friendly team of currently six, while having full oversight of the operations and success of the department. Your responsibilities will include :

• Liaising with suppliers.
• Stock control.
• Assisting in ensuring sales and GP targets are met.
• Monitoring sales.
• Controlling departmental costs and managing credits.
• Responsibilities for promotions and pricing programs.
• Merchandising.
• Rostering and staffing.
• Complying with our Healthy and Safety and Food Safety policies.
