A family-run contact centre in Lower Hutt is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative with potential for senior supervision. The ideal candidate will support management in training and systems development. Previous contact centre experience is preferred. Excellent technical skills, a passion for customer service, and strong communication abilities are essential. Applicants must be resident in the Hutt Valley area.
