Clinic Coordinator – Part‑Time (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8 : 30 am – 5 : 00 pm, possibility of extra day)

We are looking for a passionate customer service individual to be a Clinic Co‑Ordinator on part‑time basis. This pivotal role contributes to clinic performance and enhances our customers’ experience. You will collaborate with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians (where applicable) to provide quality hearing health care outcomes for all our clients. You will learn about our products, services, competitive advantages and government funding programs, and use this knowledge to apply client‑specific sales strategies.

Success Criteria

• Previous sales and customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy or allied health.
• Experience working with an older demographic (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients.
• Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Computer literacy skills.
