CHEF DE PARTIE (32-34 dollars per hour based on experience)
The successful applicants must have experience in a professional kitchen environment and be looking to develop as a chef, eager to learn more skills and work at the highest standard.
Must have 3-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Role will be a mixture of day shifts and night shifts. Responsibilities include baking bread, serving breakfast and lunch off an Al la carte menu, and producing a daily changing tasting menu with a highly experienced team.
KITCHEN PORTER (26 dollars per hour)
Seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individual. Must possess a good working knowledge of the professional kitchen. This position may appeal to someone seeking an entry level position within a professional kitchen environment.
Excellent long-term prospects for the right candidate or a fixed term seasonal contract from September through to end of April.
We offer a great work life balance with shifts being 8-9 hours per day with no split shifts and two days off together.
