The Role

• Assist advisers in managing and processing applications efficiently to help clients achieve their goals.
• Liaise with clients and lenders to ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted on time.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and track loan applications through settlement, providing regular updates to advisers and clients.
• Coordinate administrative tasks to support a busy financial services team in a fast-paced environment.
