We’re looking for a Business Support Administrator to join a busy marketing and sales support team. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating events, and maintaining CRM and marketing systems to ensure seamless daily operations.

Responsibilities
Respond to daily sales and marketing enquiriesLog cases and create contacts in CRM systemsCoordinate events and send confirmation / reminder emailsPrepare promotional materials (posters, e‑flyers) using templatesGenerate attendance lists and QR codes for trainingsUpdate attendance records and maintain event calendarsMonitor stock levels of marketing materialsManage marketing requests submitted via forms (JotForm)Create and update website content as requiredOrder marketing materials and merchandiseSupport marketing logistics such as arranging event supplies and merchandisingHandle purchase orders and credit card reconciliations for sales and marketing teamsAssist with marketing campaigns, including reminders for expiry and outreach emailsCoordinate event logistics such as booking venues, catering, and sound systemsAbout You
Previous experience in administration or support roles preferredStrong organizational and coordination skillsFamiliarity with Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems a plusExcellent communication and time management abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and basic website editingAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyThis is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a reputable company while developing your support and admin skills in a vibrant industry.
