About the Role

Pricing Strategy : Develop and maintain pricing models that balance competitiveness with margin goals. Implement guardrails and ensure consistency across quoting and sales processes.

Procurement Leadership : Source materials efficiently, negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and terms, and manage stock levels to support production without tying up unnecessary capital.

Cost Control & Analysis : Monitor input costs, freight, and supplier performance. Identify opportunities for savings and process improvements.

Collaboration : Work closely with estimating, production, and finance teams to align pricing and procurement decisions with business objectives.

Governance & Compliance : Ensure adherence to company policies, consignment agreements, and minimum charge structures.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in pricing, procurement, or supply chain management within manufacturing or industrial sectors.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting supplier relationships.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in cost modeling and margin analysis.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
