Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on complex tax issues, including controversy management, technical interpretations, and private binding ruling requests.
- Design and implement tax governance frameworks and control testing programs.
- Prepare high‑quality technical documentation, including dispute resolution submissions, technical advice papers, voluntary disclosures, penalty remission requests, and private binding ruling applications.
- Monitor and interpret legislative and regulatory developments, providing proactive insights on tax policy changes and their commercial implications.
- Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to deliver strategic solutions that balance compliance, risk management, and business objectives.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Extensive experience in professional tax advisory, with a strong foundation in tax controversy management, technical research and interpretation, and policy analysis.Proven ability to manage complex assignments independently, applying sound judgment and strategic thinking to deliver outcomes in dispute resolution, governance control testing, and policy advocacy.Exceptional relationship‑building skills, with a track record of engaging effectively with clients, regulators, and policymakers at all levels.What We Offer
